Materi : Standar Penampilan( Grooming )

Sub - materi :

- Seragam ( Uniform )

- Rambut ( Hair )

- Wajah ( Face )

- Tangan ( Hand )

- Aroma badan ( Body odor )

- Sepatu ( Shoes )

- Tata Rias ( Make up )

 

Materi : Standar Pelayanan ( Service standard )

Sub - Materi :

- Menyambut tamu ( Greeting to Guest )

- Menghantar tamu ke meja ( Exorting Guest to the table )

- Mempersilahkan duduk tamu ( Seating the guest )

- Menjelaskan menu ( Presenting the menu )

- Mengambil pesanan ( Taking order )

- Mengulang pesanan ( Repeating order )

- Menyajikan pesanan ( Serving order )

- Mengecek pesanan ( Checking order )

- Mengecek kepuasan tamu ( Checking the satisfaction )

- Membersihkan meja ( Cleaning the table )

- Menawarkan desert ( Asking desert )

- Memberikan bon ( Billing )

- Ucapan terima kasih ( Saying Thank you )

- Merapikan meja kembali ( Setiing up the table )

 

Materi : Menangani keluhan pelanggan ( Handling complaint )

- Permintaan maaf  ( Apology )

- Mendengarkan keluhan ( Listening to the complaint )

- Catat keluhan ( Noted the complaint )

- Jangan menyela / berdebat ( No ardue / debate )

- Berempati ( Emphaty )

- Tawarkan desert ( Serving desert ) 

- Menawarkan solusi ( Giving solution )

- Sampaikan ke atasan ( Reporting to supervisor )

- Minta maaf dan berterima kasih ( Apology and thank you )

- Aneka menu, rasa, bahan dasar dll ( Diverse of menu )

- Menu favorit ( Favourite menu )

- Program khusus / promosi ( Special event / promotion )
